This agreement contains the entire understanding between AGE Photography and the client(s)

Payments & Prices

All package costs are as stated at the time of booking & will remain once booking is confirmed.

Copyright and Reproductions

The Photographer owns the copyright to all images created during the session and has the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer maintains the right to make reproductions for the Client(s) or for the Photographer’s portfolio unless otherwise stated or requested.

Heavy Weather

If the weather is heavy, we will determine if the shoot is not possible, the session will be rescheduled for another day.

Requested Coverage

AGE Photography will honour requested photographs, however, the Photographer does not undertake to guarantee any specific image nor any incorporate any specific background, location, or arrangement.

Download & Receiving

The Photographer has uploaded all the images in high resolution. To receive the best quality of the images, they must be downloaded – please refrain from screenshotting any of the final images.

Galleries remain available for up to 30 days after the session - a 30$ re-upload fee will occur if client does not download all images

Artistic Style

Client(s) acknowledges that they have viewed examples of previous work and is satisfied with the overall style of photography that is presented. Client understands that differences in locations, subjects and lighting allow for variations in the final outcome of the session. Photographer reserves the right to artistically interpret how to photograph a scene. This may mean that some shots are colour and some may be black and white. Please remember, alterations or edits to the final images in any way are not accepted.

Credit & Reviews

I ask that you please credit AGE Photography by tagging my social media’s or using my name when sharing your images. Reviews on my social media platforms or via email are much appreciated!
